Hello peeps!
If you read this article, you are either coffee lovers or you have coffee lovers around you. Or you are really bad sleepers like me when I consider that it's almost 12 p.m. and I am uploading this article now.
So today I have prepared for you a second list of my favorite cafes in Prague. To begin with, I want you to know that this is my personal opinion. Certainly, there are a lot of other places, where you can buy a great coffee. But I visit these places repeatedly.
Almost in every city, there is a cafe on every corner. And Prague is no exception. Moreover, in recent years, it has come to my mind that coffee has become a phenomenon. Everybody drinks it and has clams on how coffee should taste and look. Everybody has a different taste too. Someone likes heavy, strong coffee with a full taste. Others like the more delicate aroma, lighter coffee with less pronounced acidity.
But we can agree that big commercial companies with expensive coffee are no longer enough. People often seek small and authentic companies. Places where they thoroughly choose coffee beans, taste them and prepare coffee with love. At the same time, they are in an easily accessible location. These are exactly the places that interest me and maybe they will interest you as well.
The first is the Spižírna 1902 café, located in Vinohrady, right on Korunní Street. The nearest tram stop is Perunova. They have a really tasty coffee and nice service. You can see that a barista, who's making the coffee there really knows what he's doing. I haven't been disappointed yet. You will also find plenty of small dishes there or bigger ones in their daily menu. A big plus is the design of the interior . Especially the colored walls. I do not know whether it is a wallpaper or hand-painted work, but the result is wonderful. Judge by yourself.
The second of the cafes can be reached by going by tram from Vinohrady to Charles square, where one of Prague's sights is located - the New Town Hall. Right opposite its entrance is Mamacoffee. This cafe has other branches around the city. You can find them at Jiriho z Podebrad Square or Namesti Miru. I love their coffee and the best vegan pancakes. So perfect for breakfast.
The third and final place is VNITROBLOCK, where you can find much more than just a coffee shop. Various events take place here. Exhibitions of modern art, markets such as exotic fruits market or fashion events and more. You will also find streetwear clothing brands. So you can buy the latest pieces. Within the INTERIOR, you can also find the Food Truck, located in the yard. There are pallets, benches, seating places. Ideal in summer.
Go to one of these three places after one of our tour. You won't regret it.
