Classic Spectacular Christmas concert at St. Salvator Church of Clementinum tonight with Royal Czech Orchestra
The concert held in leading church of Klementinum (Clemenitnum) complex – in the church of St. Salvator (Holy Saviour). Build on the turn of 16th and 17th Centuries in South Western corner of Klementinum, commissioned by Jesuit order operating that time in Prague. Located in one of the most prestigious places of Old Prague – just opposite Charles Bridge.
The venue - The St. Salvator Church is the main church of Clementinum and a city landmark at the entrance to the Old Town. The Jesuits had the church constructed between 1578 and 1601. Baroque elements were added by the famous architects Lurago, Caratti, and Kanke after 1650.
Today, the Church is considered to be one of the most valuable examples of early-Baroque architecture in Prague.

How to get to the concert:
Klementinum - also known as Clementinum is situated on the right bank of the river Vltava, the church of St. Salvator is located just opposite to Charles Bridge and its famous tower. From the Old Town Square, you follow Karlova Street and at its very end you turn to the right and you are in the church´s entrance.
By public transportation you can come with the trams No 17 or 18, or by the metro, line A, always stop Staroměstská, from where you walk to the church about 5 minutes following Křižovnická Street.
