Hidden fancy beauty! That’s alternative indication for ancient left hand side river bank district which was first settled already during 11th Century, known today in English as Lesser Town, Little Quarter or in Czech language as Malá Strana. Its current appearance is from majority baroque. It is enchanting mix of palaces, gardens, churches, impressive architecture, art, frescos or sculptures. Lesser Town is definitely representative and residential district where you can find the embassies, both chambers of our parliament, baroque gardens etc.
Our meeting point for the tour is at Malostranská metro station. Malostranská is both metro and tram station, located in left hand side river bank, a green or “A” metro line - two names for one metro line. Trams No 2, 12, 15, 18, 20 and 22 from different directions arrive here. We will meet in front of the exit/entrance in/to metro station, in the street level. There is there small area with the fountain and the sign a “meeting point". The guide will hold either the sign BellPrague or the sign of your conference.
